Criminal Elimination Forces - CEF

San Paro (Pc game All Points Bulletin) special police called Criminal Elimination Forces are expanding it's coverage to Panau. With such high crime rate, Panau needs organized police force, to prevent crime and destruction of these beautiful islands.

CEF Officers must follow these rules:

Basic rules

1. Do not go ahead of leading person.
2. Always stay in formation, use roads when not on pursuit.
3. Do not switch vehicles without informing team members, asking permission.
4. Do not destroy public property (Gas Stations, Statues, Satelite Dishes etc.)
5. Do not attack allies, other faction members.
6. Do not attack peaceful players.
7. Do not fire guns when not on alert. (No random shooting at nothing)
8. You may not order anyone to follow/tp to you, or other person. You must suggest your action course to the leading person. Only leading person can give orders where to go, what vehicles to use, when and who to /tp to.

When on patrol CEF officers must follow these rules:

1. Sirens must be turned on only when suspect is spotted.
2. You must always request suspect to stop.
3. If suspects is not stopping, you can ram him, until he does.
4. Only when suspect opens fire you, may use your guns.
5. Police convoy must always have 2-3 helicopters guarding it. (Helicopter count depends on convoy size)

VIP, Cargo delivery rules:

1. VIP/Cargo transport must be delivered safely by all means.
2. Guards must make roadblocks so VIP/Cargo vehicle can reach it's destination without stopping.
3. If unknown vehicle/person gets close, warn them to back of.
4. If unknown vehicle/person gets too close, fire warning shots, if they don't leave, you may count them as possible threat, and eliminate them.

HQ defense rules:

1. Strangers may not enter the base.
2. Any stranger spotted close to the base, must be warned first.
3. If he does not leave, you may fire some warning shots.
4. If suspect still does not leave the base, you may open fire.
5. Ally faction members may seek shelter in our base at any time.
6. There must always be patrol helicopters, jets, guarding the base, from time to time, to make sure, no strangers are present.

Our faction color like in APB is dark red. So we use red vehicles in JC2. When not on duty we like to do races, stunts and other fun stuff you can do in JC2.

We tried to open the doors. After several hours we had them open, but then-SKEETSKEET it was empty. Gloria and I then went for a hike, with the humvee, good times. Srsly, i had a grand old one. SO MANYMUCHMOUNTAINS
