Is there any way that i can check to see if a windows process and/or service is running on the client thru JCMP and lua. Thank you.

You may be able to do that using this library (http://stevedonovan.github.io/winapi/api.html#Class_Process).  I tried using coroutine as well, but I have no clue what that does.

On the client? No.

The client Lua VMs are isolated from the operating system and the greater execution environment. Functionality like this will never be provided, sorry.

Is there any other method that can be used to deter script kiddies from the use of hex editors and other such programs.
