Hey,

I know its been 4 years since the script has came out but does anyone have the Nav files for it (the link just 404's), Me and a friend of mine are trying to make a server for some people to hang out on and the AI keeps freaking out within 5 minutes of gameplay (Eg, Ai wont render, Ai stands still in the running animation, Ai cars flying though streets and sometimes come and hit us)

That includes physical copies bought through any shops like Amazon and Walmart.

I know how to make games multiplayer but I don't see how these devs simply couldn't just add new players into the game instead of pretty much creating a whole new one.

Even if we can't see eachothers hook wire, it is possible to tow another player in MP. Done that.

Just need to make a disable/enable option and strenghten it.

That's what I said: "That is why when you hook your vehicle to someone's else their vehicle, they will pull you.".
You can tow anyone, as long as they are the ones who create hook (since it's client side) and sit in the actual vehicle to apply sync.

We have no intentions to expose grapple hook options before actually syncing it.

Hooks are not synced, they are completely client side. That is why when you hook your vehicle to someone's else their vehicle, they will pull you. But the hook is not in their game and it won't affect their vehicle at all. This is why any vehicle can pull any vehicle regardless of physics or mass and this also causes the pulled vehicle to go haywire and shoot off in random directions at tremendous speeds.

Exposing grapple hook properties will definitely be considered once it's actually synced.
